Maasai safari

Day 1 & 2  Nairobi.
Welcome to Kenya! You will be met at Jomo Kenyatta International airport on arrival by your Guide and transferred to your hotel. Following day, you will be met for an introduction about your tour ahead. Our day extends with a visit to the elephant’s orphanage, giraffe centre and lunch in one of the best restaurants in Nairobi. You will later visit the National museum before going back to your hotel for the night.
2 nights Fairview hotel, Serena hotel, Laico Regency or Norfolk Hotel.


Day 3 & 4: Amboseli National Park.
After an early breakfast depart southwards through the plains to the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro. Arriving in time for lunch, you’ll have enough time to unpack and freshen up. Later on explore deep into the park to watch wildlife with an extension of the same the following day. Amboseli is home to Elephants, Giraffes, Zebras, Lions, Cheetahs, Spotted Hyenas and a variety of savannah and wetland birdlife .You will also have a chance to visit a local village and walk with the native tribe the Maasai in the wilderness at an extra cost.
2 nights Tortilis Camp, Porini Camp, Amboseli  serena Lodge or Oltukai Lodge.

Day 5 & 6: Lake Nakuru.
We leave after an early breakfast to Lake Naivasha for lunch and a short walk in the former home of the Adamsons “Born free”. After lunch, we head for an hour Boat ride in one of Rift valleys fresh water lakes. Hippos, Rothschild giraffes, Zebras and some species of water birdlife are easily spotted during the ride. After an exciting afternoon, proceed to Lake Elementaita Serena camp for the night. After breakfast,drive to Lake Nakuru Park for a game ran around the ringed pink alkaline lake to watch millions of flamingoes and other wetland birdlife. We will have packed lunch today in the park while enjoying the beauty of nature. The park is also home to big game like White and Black Rhino, Lions, Leopards and some species of primates.
2 nights Lake Elementaita  Serena Camp, Sarova lionhill, Lake Nakuru Ldge or Flamingo Camp.

Day 7, 8 & 9: Maasai mara National Reserve.
Depart after  breakfast to Maasai mara. This journey will take us about six hours arriving for a late lunch. We will have time to unpack and freshen up and later drive deep into reserve for another expedition. We will extend our exploration for the rest of the days in the wonderful reserve. Other optional activities include hot air balloon safaris and nature walks are provided at an extra cost. The Reserve offers an extra ordinary experience due to wildlife’s and maasai people’s co-existence. The greatest migration of grazers in the world takes place here and you can catch a glimpse of huge herds of wildebeests, Zebras, Thompson gazelles, and the rare Topi crossing the Mara River from Tanzania’s famous Serengeti. It is an annual spectacle which takes place between august and October.
3 Nights Mara Intrepids Camp, Mara Serena, Mara Siria Camp or Mara Fig Tree Camp.


Day 10
After breakfast, drive to Nairobi arriving in time for Lunch and dayroom service (optional shopping and Dinner) and later transfer to the Airport for Departure.
